The sitting room is comfortably furnished with two sofas around a brick fireplace. The sunny window seat is a perfect place to read a newspaper or holiday novel. A dining table and chairs can be used to eat fish and chip suppers from - or whatever you have caught that day!

The staircase leads to two bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom (with a comfortable double bed) overlooks the River Lym, while the second bedroom contains two single beds and a handy wash basin. There is lots of storage room in the bedrooms.

The bathroom contains a small bath, an electric shower, lavatory and wash basin.

About Lyme Regis.

Lyme Regis where "warm days will never cease" (John Keats)

On the Dorset and Devon border lies the fascinating town of Lyme Regis, the Pearl of the Jurassic Coast, which has been designated a World Heritage Site. Visitors have always enjoyed its dramatic location, its wealth of history and its reputation for good weather.

The maze of steep, narrow streets, shops, galleries, pubs and cafes, will find appeal with everyone. Famous for its ancient Cobb Harbour, which dominates the view out to sea from the south facing beaches, Lyme Regis provides safe bathing and a promenade on which to wander. It was on these beaches that Mary Anning discovered the first Ichthyosaur to be found in England and today the area continues to attract fossil collectors of all ages. Sailors too will enjoy the attractions of Lyme Bay with its opportunities for sailing, wind surfing and water skiing.

Lyme Regis is an ideal centre for those who wish to explore on foot. The Undercliff National Nature Reserve is one of the most unspoilt areas of the coast and is accessible only to walkers.

A unique town, Lyme Regis will weave its magic on you.
