Lymbrook

Booking Conditions.

These booking conditions are entered into between you (the Visitor) and Mrs M P d'Ardenne and Mrs K E Start (we or us). A contract will arise when you sign the accompanying booking form agreeing to these booking conditions and when your deposit has been paid to and accepted by us.

Payment

A non-returnable deposit of one third of the total rental fee is payable if the booking is made more than six weeks before the start of the hire period. The balance is payable six weeks before the commencement of the hire period. Non-payment of the balance of the rental fee on or before the due date will be construed as a cancellation of the contract by the Visitor. For bookings made less than six weeks before the commencement of the hire period, the total rental fee is payable.

Hire Period

Your hire period commences at 2:00pm on the first day of the hire period and ends at 10:00am on the last day of the hire period.

Use of 4 Lymbrook Cottages (the Cottage)

The visitor agrees that:

The Visitor undertakes to keep the Cottage and all its furniture, fittings and effects in the same condition as that existing at the start of the hire period. The Visitor undertakes to reimburse us for replacement, repair or extra cleaning costs on demand.

Liability

We cannot accept liability for any damage or loss to any property or possessions or personal accident sustained by the Visitor, your party members or any visitors and therefore advise all guests to have full holiday insurance.
We will not be liable to the Visitor or third parties for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience, which may be suffered, incurred, arise out of or in any way connected with the rental of the Cottage.

Right of entry

We (or our representatives) are allowed the right of entry to the property at all reasonable times for purposes of inspection or to carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance.
